Église Saint-Pierre
The Italian artist Guido Nincheri (1885-1973), considered one of North America’s greatest church artists, executed his work at the Église Saint-Pierre between 1930 and 1961. Ten stained glass windows magnificently illustrate the life of the first head of the Church, Peter the Apostle. You will also be able to admire many frescoes, murals, and a few canvases. A Casavant organ dating back to 1930, a three-manual, 33-stop instrument, as well as a collection of religious objects and vestments, are also worth seeing.
